1. Services

AI57 LLC ("AI57," "we," "us") provides exterior and interior aircraft detailing services in the United States at airports, FBOs and hangars that allow third-party cleaning companies. Service scope, pricing and scheduling are confirmed directly with each customer before work begins. We do not perform aircraft maintenance, repair, towing or flight operations.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Requests submitted through this website or by phone or email are scheduling inquiries, not confirmed appointments, until AI57 provides written or verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service based on weather, ramp access, aircraft condition, location requirements or availability.

3. Third-Party Vendor Access

Service depends on the location permitting AI57 to work as a third-party vendor. Information on this website, including the airport check, is not a guarantee that any location allows outside vendors. We may decline or cancel service at a location that does not permit it or whose requirements we cannot meet.

4. Access and Authorization

The person requesting service represents that they are authorized to permit AI57 personnel to access and service the aircraft in question. AI57 is not responsible for delays caused by lack of ramp access, badging issues or FBO authorization outside our control.

5. Liability

AI57 carries insurance appropriate to aircraft detailing operations. Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the cost of the service performed, except where limitation is not permitted by law.

6. Payment

Pricing is confirmed before service. Payment terms are provided at the time of booking or invoicing.

7. Changes to These Terms

AI57 may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
